Who we are
This site is operated by Multi-I Amsterdam, the wholesale division of Avidan Properties S.L.U. (data controller). You can reach us at info@multi-i.eu.
What we collect
- Account data you give us when you apply for a wholesale account: company name, contact name, email, phone, billing address, tax/VAT number.
- Order data: items ordered, prices, invoices, shipping addresses, payment references, support messages.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, pages visited, dates and times, referrer. Logged for site administration, security and aggregate analytics. IP addresses are not linked back to individual identities for any marketing purpose.
Why we use it
- To run your wholesale account, process orders, issue invoices and ship goods.
- To answer support questions and handle returns or warranty claims.
- To comply with Dutch and EU accounting, tax and consumer-protection law.
- To analyze site usage in aggregate and improve the catalogue.
Who we share it with
Only the processors we need to deliver your order: shipping carriers (UPS, PostNL), our payment bank, our email provider, our hosting provider (Cloudflare), our accounting team. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertising networks.
How long we keep it
Account and order data are kept for as long as your wholesale account is active, plus the statutory retention periods (typically 7 years for accounting documents). Server logs are kept for up to 12 months.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, restrict its processing, or object to processing. Write to info@multi-i.eu and we will reply within 30 days. You can also file a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
