We ship every order from our warehouse in Amsterdam, Netherlands, with either UPS or PostNL. All packages include insurance and track & trace.
Costs
Shipping cost is calculated per order based on weight, volume and destination, and is shown on the proforma invoice we send before payment. There are no hidden fees.
Cut-off and lead time
- Orders are picked and shipped Monday to Friday from our Amsterdam warehouse once payment has been received and cleared.
- Same-day dispatch when payment clears before 14:00 CET on a working day; otherwise next working day.
- EU transit time: typically 1–4 working days. Non-EU destinations vary by carrier and customs.
Customs and import duties
For deliveries inside the EU, no customs formalities apply. For non-EU destinations the buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for any customs duties, VAT and clearance fees charged on arrival.
Damaged or lost shipments
All shipments are insured. If a parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos and the tracking number, and we will open a claim with the carrier and either resend or refund the affected items.
