Our 30-day return policy for wholesale customers and how to handle defective goods.

If for any reason you change your mind and would like to return your purchases, you may do so within 30 days of receipt. Please notify us first by email or via your Multi-I account, and provide your order number.

Conditions

  • Goods must be in the same condition as they were received — unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping cost is paid by the buyer, except where the goods are faulty or were shipped in error.
  • Once we have received and inspected the return, we will issue a full refund for the goods to your original payment method or as a credit on your wholesale account, at your choice.

Defective or faulty goods

We try to ensure we only supply the best quality goods, and work closely with our suppliers and factories to maintain quality control. If you discover a fault or defect with anything bought from us, contact us as soon as possible to resolve the matter — ideally with photos of the issue. We will refund any items found to be faulty, plus the cost of return shipment.

How to start a return

  1. Email info@multi-i.eu or message us via your account with your order number and which items you want to return.
  2. We will send you a return reference and the warehouse address.
  3. Pack the items securely and include the return reference inside the parcel.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, the refund or credit is processed within 5 working days.
